Timmy Turner’s mother and father have gone on vacation again, leaving Timmy with the evil babysitter Vicky. Timmy’s fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, tell him that making a wish is against “Da Rules.” Timmy is enraged and wishes he didn’t have to follow the rules. As a result, Cosmo destroys the book, and Vicky obtains Da Rules when she arrives. She wishes Timmy was still sleeping, and because she has a fairy item, her wish is granted. Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda are summoned to Fairy Court and charged with destroying Da Rules. Jorgen gives them 49112 hours to find the missing pages of Da Rules. Timmy must navigate ten levels and see the pages before Vicky’s wish becomes too powerful. By the end of the game, everything has returned to normal, and Da Rules has reclaimed all of its pages. The plot of the PC version is different. In this version, Juandissimo Magnifico dupes Timmy into wishing the book was destroyed so Cosmo and Wanda would face the consequences. It also includes an appearance by Nicky, Vicky, and Tootie’s mother (at Timmy’s age, as the level featuring her is set in the past). Timmy initially misidentifies her as Tootie when he first sees her, even though-game graphics depict her resembling a young Vicky. Anti-Cosmo appears in the Game Boy Advance version to steal the book, and Vicky is ultimately defeated to restore peace.
